2025 CERAH Conference: Aging Across the Life Cycle

October 2 & 3, 2025, The Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) will hold its first ever centre-wide conference at The Superior Inn Hotel & Conference Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Conference Registration (Full Delegate, Student, Hospice Volunteer, Community Member & Exhibitor Delegate) fee includes:

Community Evening Event (optional): “MAiD: Options & Opportunities at End-of-Life”

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Doors open at 6:30 PM)

Join us for a community panel discussion about MAiD moderated by award winning journalist Andre Picard. Panelists will include individuals with varying perspectives, experiences, and roles as it relates to Medical Assistance in Dying.

There is no charge to attend this event. Light refreshments will be served.

Important: You will receive a follow up email at a later date to select your concurrent sessions.

* Students must provide proof of full-time enrolment to receive the student rate. "Student" refers to any individual who is currently enrolled in an academic program or who has graduated from a program within the past two years.
** Hospice volunteers must register through their volunteer organization to receive the volunteer rate.
*** Exhibitor Delegate Registration includes all plenaries and concurrent sessions. If you do not want to register for the full conference, please proceed to Exhibitor-Only Pass registration.

Registration for North West Behavioural Support Ontario (NW BSO) Employees will be available on July 1st, 2025.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your 2025 conference registration, CERAH must receive written notice of cancellation by email. Requests should be submitted to: cerah@lakeheadu.ca

Cancellation requests received: On or before September 14, , 2025 – Full refund minus a $50 administration fee
Between September 15 - September 25, 2025 – 50% refund + $50 administration fee
On or after September 25, 2025 – No refund

Please note that there is no charge for transferring a registration to another person.
