We are pleased to offer you the following Fairs options to suit your recruitment and networking needs:
Engineering Fair 2022 (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)
This Fair is targeted towards Engineering students from all 5 of our disciplines. Join to connect with potential co-op students, new graduates, and students looking to build their networks and make connections!

Career and Networking Fair (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)
This General Career Fair is an opportunity for all employers to share their opportunities and network with Lakehead students, new graduates, and alumni. This Fair will allow you to connect with students from all programs on both campuses.
- October 25: in-person booth at the Thunder Bay campus (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)
- October 26: virtual booth on the Pheedloop platform (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)
Education Fair (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)
Join us to connect with Education students completing their studies in concurrent or consecutive education. Join us to connect with students from both campuses!

- January 26: in-person booth at the Orillia campus (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)

Career Connections Fair 2023 (Orillia registration closing February 20)
Connect with Lakehead students for spring and summer employment. Whether it's part-time or full-time employees you're in need of, this fair will connect you with both. We will also connect you with new graduates looking for opportunities. This Fair will allow you to connect with students from all programs, on both campuses.
- March 8: in-person booth on the Thunder Bay campus (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)
- March 9: in-person booth on the Orillia campus
- March 9: virtual booth on the Pheedloop platform (REGISTRATIONS CLOSED)
Registration Options
Your virtual booth will include the following:
- Virtual interactive booth, with direct video and chat conversations with students, including break out one on one conversations
- Access to contact information for all student participants who enter your booth
- Opportunity to collect student resumes through your virtual booth
- Employer profile on virtual platform with company information, company logo, company informational video, contact/networking information, social media information, etc.
- Marketing to all students and alumni including faculty focused emails, social media campaign, Career Zone website event advertisement, workshops to help students prepare, etc.
Cost: $230 +HST
Your in-person booth will include the following:
- Includes 6’ table, 2 chairs, buffet lunch
- Marketing to all students and alumni including faculty focused emails, social media campaign, Career Zone website event advertisement, workshops to help students prepare, etc.
Cost: $350 +HST
Package options:
Virtual + in-person booth: $540 +HST
Please note: We have limited outlets and electricity. NO projectors or tvs can be set up. Please ensure you charge your laptops prior to attending.
