What is included in my team package?
Your team package includes the following:

• An 18-hole round of golf (including all green fees)
• Cart rental
• A $50 gift card for each player that can be used to purchase food or drinks, in the pro shop, or at a later date for items of your choosing
• Prizes for players and teams based on score

I have purchased a team package through the online portal, now what?
Once you have purchased your team package an email confirming your purchase will automatically be sent to Whitewater. Once you receive your email confirmation of payment, please call Whitewater at 807-475-4653 to book your tee-time at your convenience. Remember, the package is available from August 15th to October 15th, 2020.

I have purchased an Individual package as a member of a team, now what?
Only teams of 2 and 4 qualify for the package. If you are registering as an individual, but belong to a team, please ensure ALL players type the same team name into the box above so you can be placed together for tee-time's and booking. If you are calling to book a tee-time for your team please ensure all players have paid their fee, you have the names of all the player's and you have your team name ready and available.

How can I remain safe on the course?
First and foremost, teams should follow the recommendations of the Provincial and Federal government’s guidelines on health and safety. Ensure you engage in proper social distancing (6ft), frequent handwashing and the wearing of a face mask when entering a building. If possible, limit your team members to those within your social circle, those iving in the same household or members of your family. How can I continue to support students now and in the future?
By purchasing a team for this year's 37 th Annual Bill Keeler Memorial Tournament you will be contributing to student financial aid. In the past sponsors have contributed above and beyond the cost of a team or have had a team included in their level of sponsorship.
