Thunder Wolf Racing - Formula SAE Project

The Thunder Wolf Racing team is a self-sustained development program within Lakehead University. Each year, a team of 20 mechanical engineering students are selected to compete in the Formula SAE competition held each spring. These students commit over 6000 hours in an 8-month journey to design, manufacture and compete with an open-wheeled car at the Michigan International Speedway.
The funds raised will significantly reduce the stress of the team by aiding with the purchase of materials and tools required to complete the project. With the increased expenses of registration, prototyping, manufacturing, and travel expenses, any funds raised will be of significant help. With the community's help, the 2024/2-25 Thunder Wolf Racing team will be able to strive for excellence in the Formula SAE Michigan competition in May 2025.
