Conference Fees

A full conference registration is $500.00 ($200.00 for students) and includes:

  • full access to speakers, presentations and vendors
  • breakfast, lunch and reception on May 9
  • breakfast and lunch on May 10
  • breakfast on May 11

Special group pricing is available, and automatically calculated into your price:

  • Group of 3 - $450 per person
  • Group of 4 - $425 per person
  • Group of 5 - $400 per person
  • Group of 6 (or more) - $350 per person

Exhibitor registration is $750.00, and includes a table and two full registrations (as above).

All prices are in Canadian funds.
Regular registration is until May 1st, although late registrations can be made until May 8th.
There is a conference dinner on the evening of May 10, 2017, and tickets for this must be purchased separately.

Cancellations and refunds:

Registration fees, less a $25.00 administrative charge, are refundable for cancellations received in writing prior to May 1, 2017. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Please note:

These rates DO NOT INCLUDE HOTEL, and it is your responsibility to book your own lodgings for this event.
