A full conference registration is $500.00 ($200.00 for students) and includes:
- full access to speakers, presentations and vendors
- breakfast, lunch and reception on May 9
- breakfast and lunch on May 10
- breakfast on May 11
Special group pricing is available, and automatically calculated into your price:
- Group of 3 - $450 per person
- Group of 4 - $425 per person
- Group of 5 - $400 per person
- Group of 6 (or more) - $350 per person
Exhibitor registration is $750.00, and includes a table and two full registrations (as above).
All prices are in Canadian funds.
Regular registration is until May 1st, although late registrations can be made until May 8th.
There is a conference dinner on the evening of May 10, 2017, and tickets for this must be purchased separately.
Cancellations and refunds:
Registration fees, less a $25.00 administrative charge, are refundable for cancellations received in writing prior to May 1, 2017. No refunds will be issued after this date.
These rates DO NOT INCLUDE HOTEL, and it is your responsibility to book your own lodgings for this event.
