Landlord Rental Listing

There is a fee of $50.00 for the initial listing, and a $5.00 charge for each additional listing in order to cover the expenses of our services. All listings are subject to HST charges. The listing will be up for 180 days. All payments for Off-Campus Housing may be paid on-line with a VISA or Mastercard, or, Monday to Friday between 8am and 12 midnight at the Bartley Residence Front Desk.

The listings will appear on-line. All listings displayed are in order of the date they have been input. Thus, the listings at the top of the All listings list, are the most recent.

Note: All listings will be audited before they are posted on the web site. Any inappropriate listings will be automatically deleted.
