Several programs require Chair or Dean approval prior to program changing. You are required to email the Chair of your proposed program to request permission to program change. If you receive emailed approval, please upload a PDF copy of the email exchange confirming approval as part of your program change submission (ensuring both your email address and the approvers is visible).
