Request for Special Letter

Special letters take a minimum 15 business days for processing.
Enrolment Services will contact you if there are any questions about your request.

Students needing additional enrolment information not covered by printing the online Enrolment Verification through myInfo may request a special letter using this form. A non-refundable fee must be pre-paid. For information about fees, please refer to the Miscellaneous Fees section of the University Academic Calendar.

If you are an international student and require a letter for visa purposes for parents/family/friends to attend convocation, do not submit this online form. Please email with your inquiry.

* Only select "Degree Requirements Met" if your degree information does NOT show under myInfo - My Program Details & Academic Standing (heading Academic Credentials).
