Lakehead University Residence
- $122.00 + 4% MAT & 13% HST/Night for double adjoining room (2 bedrooms with a shared washroom), each participant pays $61.00 when sharing or $93.50 for single accommodation and a private washroom.
- All rooms are equipped with 1 double, extra-long bed, towels, soap and a small fridge.
- Complimentary WIFI included.
- 1 Parking Pass is included per bedroom.
- All guests have access to common rooms located centrally on each floor. Each common room has a television, a DVD player, microwave, sink, comfortable seating and eating areas, and laundry facilities.
- Please note that we are a pet-free and smoke-free facility, including cannabis. Tobacco and vaping/smoking is permitted in an outdoor designated area. Cannabis is strictly prohibited on campus.
- No open alcohol is permitted in public spaces, including common areas and/or hallways.
- Check-in time is between 3:00 - 10:00pm, check-out time is before 11:00am. Late checkouts will incur fees.
