A block of rooms has been set aside at Fairfield Inn & Suites Orillia right across the 500 University Avenue Campus. Rates are $214 + tax per night (2 queen beds) or 1 king bed for $225 + tax per night. If you are flying to Toronto to attend the Orillia conference, The Simcoe County Airport Service offers door-to-door pickup and delivery to Orillia from both Toronto airports. The shuttle should be booked at least a day in advance of travel.

Parking is available on campus, and parking fees have been waived for conference attendees and presenters.
