The 38th Canadian Conference on Computational Geometry (CCCG 2026) will be held at Lakehead University’s Orillia Campus from August 12 to 14, 2026.

To register and pay for the conference, participants will use this Lakehead University registration webpage.

All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include tax. A 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be added at checkout.

Early Registration Fees On or before July 23, 2026
Students and Postdoctoral Researchers  - CAD $300 
Regular - CAD $450 

Late Registration Fees, Beginning July 24, 2026
Students and Postdoctoral Researchers - CAD $400 
Regular - CAD $500 

Additional conference-banquet tickets may be purchased for CAD $150 each, plus HST.

Refund requests will be accepted until July 29, 2026, which is 14 days before the start of the conference. Any non-refundable transaction or administrative charges imposed by the registration system may be deducted from the refunded amount, in accordance with Lakehead University policies.

Conference attendees may access the athletic facilities at Lakehead University for a nominal additional fee. Further information will be provided in the conference registration package.

Participants requiring a visa invitation letter should contact Xing Tan at xing.tan@lakeheadu.ca. Invitation letters will be prepared after the participant has provided the required personal and conference information and completed registration.
